This was a fantastic casino before it was bought by "double diamond gaming" I was appalled by my visit recently to see what this place became, nothing but street thugs hanging around with hooded jackets on and rude staff, I didn't feel safe at all, I won't be returning
We really enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. Great central location. Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby and bar areas were very nice, comfortable and stylish. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Decor in rooms dont match the lobby style could do with a bit more colour. Tea tray was ok, would expect speciality coffees and coffee machine for price of the room. Missing dressing gown but rang reception and this was quickly rectified. Breakfast was self service, we prefer being served, but what we had was all good quality, tasty with plenty of choice, liked that we was offered a different choice of eggs cooked fresh and pancakes.

Bot happy with there services.also the rooms look bigger on em linha pictures but the rooms are small . As for the services,l offered to pay somthing so that the hotel does something for my finances birthday and the said l shouldn’t pay they offer platters but nothing at all was offered.
Very impressive. Breakfasts were included in my stay and they were fantastic! Exceed my expectations! You can choose whatever you fancy that day and you can have a second helping if you want. Nice staff who is ready to help but it's not all over you. Great job! Very impressive. Thanks a lot.
